Regarding Accommodations

Q 01Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.

Check-in is at 14:30 (2:30 PM) and check-out is11:00 in the following morning.

* The times may change with accommodation plans, please check the details of each plan.

Q 02Do you accept credit cards?
We accept AMEX, China Union Pay, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, etc.

Regarding Day Use

Q 01I would like to take a bath with Day Use.

You can either purchase the in-house common ticket that has the Entrance Ticket and the cash voucher as a set at the front desk or you can take advantage of the Day Use Shunsai Jiki Plan that includes the Entrance Ticket and lunch.

Q 02Can private baths be used with Day Use?
Guests on day trips can not use the private bath.

Q 02Is there a shuttle bus pickup from the nearest station?
There are shuttle bus pickups from Arima Onsen Station, Arima Onsen Bus Terminal and Ropeway Arima Station.
Please do not hesitate to call us when you arrive.
* Please note we cannot pick you up at stations other than the above.
Q 03Is there a parking area?
We have a free parking area available.

Regarding Guest Accommodations

Q 01Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, please select a non-smoking room when making your reservation.
Q 02Do you have rooms that have open-air baths?
At our facilities, we have 2 rooms with open-air baths. However, the open-air baths are not onsen.
Please refer to the rooms with open-air baths.
Q 03Do you have internet connections?
We have free Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) available. We also have PCs installed in the lobby for browsing the internet. Please feel free to use them.
Q 04What amenities do you have in your rooms?
There are Yukatas, half coats, bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, rinse, body soap, hand soap, hair tonic, tea set, thermos pot, hair dryer and other items available in our rooms.

Regarding Baths

Q 01Are there private baths?
At our facilities, we have 5 private baths.
Please see the pages for private baths for details.
Q 02I have tattoos but is it possible for me to use the Large Bath?
We are very sorry but at our facilities, we must ask you to refrain from entering the Large Bath.
We recommend that you make reservations for a private bath.

Regarding Meals

Q 01What time are meals served for the dinner plan?
Service starts from 17:30 to 19:30 (5:30 PM to 7:30 PM).
* Please understand that meals cannot be prepared after 19:30 (7:30 PM).
Q 02Are child meals available?
You may order from the child menu on the days you are staying.
However, the cost of dinner is not included in the price for children’s accommodations and will be charged separately.
Q 03What is served for breakfast?
Basically, there are over 70 different dishes served in a buffet style.
Please go to the buffet venue from 7:00 to 9:30.
Q 03There are some foods and ways of preparation that I cannot eat; can the content of the meals be changed?
We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. Please make your request upon making your reservation or 3 days before your stay.
